Nkom wants to remove Telenor obligations in markets 1 and 2

Norwegian electronic markets regulator Nkom has sent draft documents to EFTA's regulator, ESA, for comments regarding the removal of obligations on Telenor Norway in the retail market for access to the public telephone network at a fixed location (market 1) and the wholesale market for call origination on the public telephone network at a fixed location (market 2). It has also sent draft measures regarding the market for fixed network call termination (market 3).
