NoGIG connects 1,000th customer

The Lower Austrian Fibre-optics Infrastructure Company (noGIG) announced it has connected the 1,000th customer to its broadband network. The broadband model has been implemented in the Lower Austrian pilot regions Thayaland, Triestingtal, Ybbstal and Waldviertler Stadt/Land since 2015. By the end of this year, 34,000 households and businesses will be able to connect to the broadband network.
