NoGig expands fibre infrastructure in Lower Austria

NoGig, the Lower Austrian Fibre-Optics Infrastructure Company, a subsidiary of Ecoplus, plans to expand its fibre-optic infrastructure in seven municipalities of Waldviertel under an ongoing pilot project. The construction will start if at least 40 percent of residents sign up for a connection. The municipalities which have recently expressed their consent for participation in the programme are Gmund, Amaliendorf-Aalfang, Brand-Nagelberg, Grossdietmanns, Heidenreichstein, Kirchberg am Walde and Schrems.
