NoGIG organises fibre-optics roadshow in Waidhofen/Ybbs

NoGIG, a subsidiary of the Lower Austrian Economy Agency ecoplus, has cooperated with local cable operator kabelplus to run a publicity campaign in Waidhofen an der Ybbs. Providing they get support from at least 40 percent of citizens for broadband internet access, the city will be covered by fibre-optic infrastructure by 2018, as one of four selected pilot regions.
