Nokia faces Kenyan private prosecution for obtaining Technoservice tax records for arbitration case

A Nairobi court has allowed Kenyan company Technoservice to privately prosecute directors of Nokia for illegally obtaining its tax information for use before the ICC International Court of Arbitration, the Business Daily reported. It will also sue Nokia's agents Roschier Attorneys LTS, Rajee Suri and Aapo Saariviti, for unlawfully obtaining its tax filings and records from the Registrar of Companies.
