Nokia Networks enables private LTE network for Beach Energy

Australian onshore oil producer Beach Energy announced it has partnered with Nokia Networks and Challenge Networks to deploy a private LTE network for its employees. The oil company expects productivity gains from the lower operating expenditures with the LTE base stations, each of which can typically replace multiple WLAN access points.
