Nokia to work with UN Women to promote inclusion and diversity in MEA

Nokia announced the start of four pilot projects with UN Women. These will address increasing the number of women employees at Nokia Saudi, raising awareness of cervical cancer and uterine fibroids in tanzania, promoting STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) education in Kenya, and empowering gender-based violence victims in South Africa. After the successful execution of the pilots, the two organizations plan to roll these projects out in more countries across the Middle East and Africa region.
