Norges Televisjon agrees to hand back 700 MHz rights at end-October 2019

The Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communication and the Ministry of Culture have signed an agreement to allow Norges Televisjon (NTV) to continue terrestrial broadcasting until its current concession expires in summer 2021. The deal also agrees that 700 MHz band spectrum can be used for mobile communications and eventually 5G from 01 November 2019.
