NortonLifeLock sells ID Analytics to LexisNexis Risk Solutions

NortonLifeLock has agreed to sell its ID Analytics (IDA) business for USD 375 million to LexisNexis Risk Solutions. The operations, founded in 2002, are based in San Diego and provide credit and fraud risk services for companies, with real-time insight into consumer behaviour.
