NortonLifeLock to distribute special div of USD 12

NortonLifeLock, the new name for Symantec after it transferred its brand to Broadcom late last year, will be giving out a special, one-off cash dividend of USD 12 per share, for a total of USD 8 billion returned to shareholders. The special dividend will come on top of the company's regular cash dividend of USD 0.125, last paid out on 18 December. It will be paid out on 31 January.
