Norway could get bill on driverless cars in spring 2017

Norwegian Minister of Transport and Communication Ketil Solvik-Olsen said he hopes a bill will be ready to go before parliament in spring 2017 to allow driverless cars on roads in Norway. He said automated motor vehicles would breach current basic principles of highway legislation, especially in terms of driver liability.
