Thursday 24 September 2015 | 12:28 CET | News
Norwegian communications regulator said in its 2015 broadband coverage report that approximately 107,000 more homes have gained access to fibre broadband in the course of the past year. The report was drawn up with the Nexia consultancy, which garnered figures in June 2015 from 128 broadband providers and from mobile operators' coverage maps. It said fibre now passes 41 percent of residences, up by 4 percentage points since June 2014, and up by 10 percentage points from June 2013.
