Norwegian body criticises standard terms of Facebook at Work

The Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) said an initial assessment of Facebook at Work found that its standard terms of use are insufficient in terms of the national Personal Data Act. It expects to release a fuller assessment in September. It said Telenor Norway and bank DNB have negotiated their own terms with Facebook, and they have until 20 August to answer more questions from the authority about their use of the system for internal communications.
