Norwegian Consumer Council says mobile market remains less competitive than neighbouring countries

Tuesday 6 October 2020 | 12:46 CET | News
The Norwegian Consumer Council says the country's mobile communication market still lacks competition and that the public is paying the price. People in Norway pay 57 percent more for their mobile services than Swedes do, even though they use less data, it said. In 2019, Norwegians used an average of 3.80 GB per month and paid NOK 262 compared with 5.80 GB used by Swedes for the equivalent of NOK 167.
