Norwegian govt backs Nkom for continuing to regulate Telenor's wholesale mobile ops

Norwegian telecoms regulator Nkom said the Ministry of Transport and Communication has rejected Telenor's complaint against Nkom's July 2016 decision to continue regulating its wholesale mobile operations. The ministry also made some of Telenor's obligations clearer, concerning exclusivity, improving indoor coverage, non-discrimination and wording of standard contracts, as will as margin squeeze principles.
