Norwegian govt submits draft broadband expansion bill

The Norwegian government is putting a draft bill to parliament to enable faster and more reasonably priced broadband expansion. The new law would fulfil the EU broadband directive. Norway does not belong to the EU, but is part of the European Economic Area (EEA), which gives it access to the European single market.
