Norwegian govt to start commissioning transport upgrades

The Norwegian Ministry of Transport and Communications said the National Transport Plan for 2018 to 2029 has undergone certain amendments in parliament. The initial focus will be on the first six years of this period and in the next few days, commissioning letters will be sent to the various transport agencies and to air traffic body Avinor.
