Norwegian mobile grid needs sufficient resources to support emergency services

Norwegian communications regulator Nkom and  Directorate for Civil Protection (DSB) have published their joint expert opinion regarding decision-making on the next generation emergency network for Norway. They say sufficient resources should be made available to make the commercial network fit for use for emergencies, too, as the government prepares to auction the 700 MHz frequencies.
