Norwegian telecoms sector fees set to change in spring 2017

Friday 23 December 2016 | 12:02 CET | News
New rules for electronic communication sector fees and levies to regulator Nkom are likely to come into effect soon after February 2017, it said, when a change in the law takes place now that Parliament has granted approval. The watchdog said the changes mean it will send out its invoices a little later than it usually does. Communication sector fees are likely to rise by NOK 11 million to NOK 12 million in 2017 from 2016.
