Nos, Meo, Vodafone question Anacom decision to ban zero-rated offers

Portuguese telecom operators Nos, Meo and Vodafone Portugal have issued a joint statement opposing a decision from the National Communications Authority (Anacom) ordering them to withdraw a number of offers violating net neutrality and roaming rules. They claim the decision was not the subject of any presentation or prior discussion with the operators.
