NSN to produce LTE equipment in Tomsk

Nokia Siemens Networks signed a letter of intent with Russian companies Rosnano and Mikran, as well as with the government of the Tomsk region. The parties will cooperate on production of LTE equipment in the region, which is expected to start by the end of the year. The annual capacity of the plant is expected to reach eventually 10,000 base stations.
