Ntelos, Sprint settle open disputes related to SNA

Provider of wireless voice and data communications, Ntelos has reached a settlement with Sprint over disputes related to its Strategic Network Alliance (SNA). Terms of the agreement were not disclosed. Under the SNA, Ntelos provides PCS service on a wholesale basis to Sprint's customers in areas of western Virginia and West Virginia. The settlement resolves the open disputes under the SNA, including the data rate reset dispute that began in the fourth quarter 2011 and the unrelated historical billing disputes raised in the third quarter 2012.
