NTRA doubles capacity of complaint handling centre and extends working hours

Egypt's National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) says it has doubled the capacity of the Telecom User Complaint Centre, phone number 155, to work every day from 08:00 hrs to 22:00 hrs, including public holidays and feast days. The centre is also available 24 hours a day on digital channels, including the NTRA website and social media The aim is to reduce the waiting time for receiving complaints, which will reflect in reducing complaint handling time and accommodating more calls.
