NTRA says service quality drops in Greater Cairo in November

A report by Egypt's National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (NTRA) for November shows a significant decline in the quality of voice services provided by the three mobile operators in Greater Cairo, the Daily News reported. Approximately 25,226 mobile calls were examined, of which 67 were dropped, up from 29 calls in October, and the number of blocked calls amounted to six.
