NTRA starts service to receive and resolve complaints in sign language

Egypt's National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA) has launched a service to receive and resolve complaints in sign language for people with disabilities, via video call through the NTRA website. The NTRA aims to include disabled people in digital transformation, and ease their access to all available telecommunication services in the Egyptian market.
