NTT Com acquires 74% of Digital Port Asia

NTT Communications (NTT Com) has acquired a 74 percent stake in Digital Port Asia, a provider of data centre services in Thailand. Meanwhile, Digital Port is scheduled to open a data centre in Amata Industrial Park in a suburb of Bangkok in June 2014. The 9,600 square-metre facility will accommodate about 1,400 racks.
