NTT Com confirms acquisition of majority stake in MVNE Transatel

NTT Com has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in mobile virtual network enabler Transatel. The company had announced plans for the transaction at the end of 2018, without releasing any financial details on the deal. The French-based MVNE has since 2012 diversified its product portfolio to provide eSIM connectivity to consumer devices.
