NTT Com Security takes over Infotrust in Switzerland

Information security and risk management company NTT Com Security AG has acquired Infotrust in Switzerland. Japan-based NTT said the takeover expands its market leadership in Europe and increases its customer base among large and medium-sized companies in Switzerland. No financial details of the deal were disclosed.
