NTT Communications completes acquisition of Virtela

NTT Communications, the ICT services and international communications business within NTT, and Virtela Technology Services, have announced that NTT Com's acquisition of Virtela has been completed. The acquisition creates a single provider with global network services to meet current enterprise connectivity needs and emerging requirements for hybrid MPLS and internet networks. Service and operational integration will be completed in 2014 and customers should not experience any service migration or changes.
