NTT Docomo invests in cloud storage services provider Wasabi

Japanese operator NTT Docomo, via its NTT Docomo Ventures unit, has invested in Wasabi Technologies, a US-based provider of cloud storage services. NTT Communications plans to launch the 'Wasabi Object Storage' service, in cooperation with Wasabi, in the European region, American regions and Japan region by end-2019. No financial details related to the investment have been disclosed.
