NTT Docomo invests in Expway

Expway announced that NTT Docomo Ventures has made a strategic investment in the company. Expway received a total capital injection of EUR 3 million, half of which came from NTT Docomo Ventures. Expway's current investors, Innovation Capital, I-Source, TechFund and Isatis Capital provided the other half. The funds will be used to further the adoption of FastLane, Expway's newly announced 'Ultimate Mobile CDN' which optimizes data traffic between the telecom cells and the terminals using LTE Broadcast. In addition, Expway's product will be made available on Wi-Fi networks to enhance video
