NuevaTel sells Bolivian towers to Phoenix for USD 100 mln

Trilogy International has announced that its Bolivian subsidiary NuevaTel has agreed to sell around 600 of its towers to a Bolivian subsidiary of Phoenix Tower International for USD 100 million in cash. At the same time, the two companies have entered into a multi-year agreement whereby Phoenix will give NuevaTel access to some of the towers to support NuevaTel's wireless network and rollout plans.
