Numa launches equity crowdfunding

Paris start-up incubator Silicon Sentier, renamed Numa last year, is changing its status from an association to a company owned by its 23 employees and selling a 12.5 percent stake through an equity crowdfunding drive through SmartAngels.fr The around EUR 1 million expected to be raised, followed by a second round with institutions, will help Numa in its plan to open offices working with local partners in 15 countries and support 700 start-ups by 2019.
