Numericable steers new ADSL customers to SFR service

French cabler Numericable has stopped signing up new ADSL customers as it integrates with SFR, acquired last year, Ariase reports. Numericable is now concentrating on its fibre service and is preparing to sell its unbundled ADSl network, acquired from Completel in 2007. Potential customers whose homes are not passed by Numericable's fibre/cable network are directed towards the SFR ADSL service.
