NXP to develop scalable system for autonomous driving with Kalray

NXP Semiconductor has invested EUR 8 million into Kalray, a specialist in intelligent systems. The investment will be carried out through the issue to NXP of 503,461 ordinary shares. Upon settlement, NXP will own 9.95 percent of Kalray's share capital and voting rights.
