O2, Apple among most recommended brands in UK - survey

O2 UK and Apple are among the most recommended brands, according to a customer loyalty survey of 8,000 UK consumers by Satmetrix. O2 has the advantage among mobile phone networks, with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +24 percent, higher than the 3 percent average and 37 points ahead of last place in a field that included 3 UK, Orange UK, T-Mobile UK, Virgin Media and Vodafone UK. For mobile handsets, O2 was the preferred network with the Apple iPhone wining the best customer experience by a landslide.
