O2 Czech Republic agrees on CZK 9 bln loan

O2 Czech Republic has concluded a loan agreement of up to CZK 9.24 billion. This loan was jointly arranged by Komercni Bank (also acting as the agent of the transaction), Ceska Sporitelna, Ceskoslovenska Obchodna Bank, Raiffeisenbank, UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, and Vseobecna Uverova Bank. The proceeds will be used for prepayment of an existing loan and general corporate purposes.
