O2 Germany ads video chats to online customer service

Telefonica Germany has added video advice to its customer services. The company recently added a chat function to the O2 website, and has now expanded this to allow customers to see their advisers online. The new function uses technology from Spanish company Whisbi and allows visitors to the online shop to video chat with mobile and DSL customer service advisers.
