O2 Germany comes under fire again for long hotline waiting times

O2 Germany's customer service has generated a growing number of complaints at the Bundesnetzagentur since the start of this year, according to a letter from the regulator responding to questions from a MP. The letter seen by Handelsblatt was sent by the president of the Federal Network Agency, Jochen Homann to Nicole Maisch, the consumer policy spokesperson for the Green group in the Bundestag.
