O2 says 5G worth more to UK economy than fibre broadband

Friday 17 February 2017 | 09:48 CET | News
O2 UK has predicted that 5G mobile networks will have a much bigger impact on the UK economy than the move to fixed fibre broadband. The research suggests that the UK should focus on 5G infrastructure as part of efforts to shore up its economy post-Brexit.
