O2 UK chooses Empirix network analytics platform

O2 UK has chosen the Empirix IntelliSight customer experience solution for its self-optimising intelligent network, claimed to be the first of its kind in the UK. The network will learn from and analyse the experiences and behaviour of 24 million O2 customers, redirecting signals in real time. Empirix was selected to provide both traffic collection probes and the IntelliSight analytics platform. IntelliSight will generate real-time dashboards and custom reports, providing O2's customer service and product development teams with the information about the quality of calls, texts and data to
