Oculus faces new patent lawsuit

Facebook's Oculus VR is facing a patent lawsuit from Techno View IP, a California-based tech licensing company, for the alleged infringement of a 3D imaging patent owned by VR headset maker Immersion-VRelia, Reuters reported. According to the complaint filed in federal court in Delaware, ImmersiON-VRelia, which has offices in Spain and California, agreed to let Techno View litigate the patent on its behalf.
