Ofcom approves technical changes to mobile operators' spectrum licences

UK regulator Ofcom has approved a request from the main mobile network operators - EE, Hutchison (Three), Vodafone and Telefonica (O2) - to make technical changes to their spectrum licences to support the launch of 5G ultrafast services.
