Ofcom consults on changes to NGSO satellite system licences

UK regulator Ofcom is consulting on proposed changes to the way certain satellite systems are licensed. This in response to the development of new satellite broadband networks using Non-Geostationary Satellite Orbit (NGSO) systems to connect people to the internet. The consultation closes on 20 September.
