Ofcom consults on changes to universal broadband service rules

UK regulator Ofcom has published a consultation on modifying universal broadband service rules to provide clarity on how BT should provide quotes to those who have applied for service under the scheme. The consultation closes on 10 September, with Ofcom publishing its decision by end-2021.
