Ofcom continues preparation for 700MHz, 3.6-3.8Ghz spectrum auction

UK regulator Ofcom has made various statutory instruments in preparation for the award of 700 MHz and 3.6-3.8 GHz spectrum. It plans to auction airwaves in these two bands in 2020.
