Ofcom continues Virgin early termination charges investigation

UK regulator Ofcom has extended an own-initiative investigation into Virgin Media's early termination charges, aiming to reach a provisional decision in April 2018. Ofcom is examining whether Virgin's charges for when a consumer cancels a fixed-term contract for TV, broadband and phone services early are fair and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
