Ofcom investigates EE early termination charges

UK regulator Ofcom has decided to open an investigation into EE's early termination charges. It will investigate whether the charges comply with General Conditions 9.2 and 9.3. EE aims to complete evidence gathering by August, after which it will publish an update on the next steps of its investigation.
