Ofcom prepares to consult on end-of-contract notifications

As part of its programme to help communications customers get better deals, UK regulator Ofcom has decided to phase its work on consumer engagement and focus initially on 'end of contract notifications'. This involves communications providers proactively informing customers when they are approaching or are at the end of their minimum contract term.
