Ofcom proposes new business connectivity, dark fibre measures

UK regulator Ofcom is revoking regulations on certain business services (effective from 27 November) and imposing temporary regulatory measures (effective from 29 November) following a judgement by the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) relating to Ofcom's 2016 Business Connectivity Market Review (BCMR).
